Access and Subscription

MOVY provides premium features via subscription only. By purchasing a subscription, you obtain a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app while the subscription remains active.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse MOVY to infringe copyrights or applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper, or bypass subscription validation.

Content

MOVY plays content you provide or access. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to view such content.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for details on data practices. We collect only user ID and subscription information necessary to validate access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Subscriptions may be cancelled through platform billing settings.

Warranty Disclaimer

MOVY is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid for the active subscription period.
